The Difference is Authenticity!

Above:  Walt Disney autograph signed at Disneyland's Bank of America

Walt Disney Disneyland-Bank of America Autograph

This beautiful Walt Disney autograph includes an email from the family daughter of the original recipient:

"My dad worked for Disney for 35+ years, starting out playing trombone in one of the Main Street bands; he retired several years ago as the Executive Vice Pres. of Creative Entertainment (live talent, parades, shows, etc.).  But it was my mom who got the autograph when she worked as a teller in the Bank of America on Main Street .  She passed on ten years ago and I never knew how we came to have the autograph (until your email which prompted me to ask my dad).  My dad told me that Walt Disney walked into the bank while my mom was working and she simply asked him for his autograph.  She date stamped it, which I think you can still faintly see on there...

(The date stamp appears to read April 1965.)  Walt Disney's pride in his original Magic Kingdom is legendary, which to me makes an autograph signed on Main Street, USA's Town Square all that much more special.  It's also wonderful to know the exact circumstances of how and when an autograph was signed, also making this piece a special find.  Included will be an 8 X 10 photo of Walt and Mickey (shown at right) suitable for framing.  The card is a large ^" x 3.25" with a bold blue ink signature.  Includes the Phil Sears Collectibles Lifetime Guarantee of Authenticity.  Item # 3868, $1695
